How much is a monthly RV rental in Brownsville here?
$750 per month, all-in. That includes all utilities (electric, water and the septic pump connection), your MSX membership and laundry. The first 2 members who commit by November 1 get a founding rate of $700 per month.
What kind of rig can I bring?
Travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes and camper vans. Rigs must have their own bathroom and holding tank, and we ask that you use septic-safe products. Tell us your rig length in the form.
Is there a sewer hookup?
Not a standard one. We provide a macerator pump at each spot that moves your waste to our on-site septic tank. You connect your RV's outlet to the pump with a standard sewer hose. Please use septic-safe chemicals and keep wipes, grease and other non-flushables out of your tanks.
Is electric included?
Yes. Electric is included in the monthly price, along with water and the septic pump connection.
Is water included?
Yes. Each spot has a water hookup, and water is included in the monthly price.
Is there laundry?
Yes. There is a washer and dryer on site, and laundry is included in the monthly price.
